Here is an atc I did for the Winner Takes all contest in one of my ATC groups. Heather chose "Vintage" as the style she wished to receive. I hope she likes my version. I stamped the image onto the back of packing tape; turned it over and dropped tiny piles of Pearl-Ex colors randomly, rubbed it in with my finger, then matted onto cardstock, added lace and a vintage button with the shank removed and popped up the matted image.
