It has take me since Monday morning when the new challenge was posted on Linda's blog to find that "safe Place" where I put my three packs of Tim's mask paper! But I found it this morning and laid out my plan for my new page. Week #19 already and it's on page #61, called Extreme Masking in Tim's book. Still don't have a copy? Are you kidding me? Grab one quick! It is a technique treasure trove. Here are the colors I used to create it: Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot Distress Inks, black Archival ink, Tim's mask sheets, dies, and stamps and finally pulled out my brand new complete set of Perfect pearls mists and used the Forever Violet on this piece. It is a 3-fer this week. I am entering it on the Ranger challenge, Simon Says Stamping, and on Linda's blog at Studio L3, as well as All Things Tim, so I guess it's a 4-fer! Ranger's challenge this month called for the PP mists, Simon Says called for "make something Spooky", and Linda's was the technique. I ruined the first one, but tried again and it came out great.

Kathy, I'm laughing because I have that exact same "safe place" where I put stuff that I then can't find for months (or sometimes years)! I'm glad you found those mask sheets, because boy, oh boy, did you ever ROCK this technique! The masking looks awesome, and I'm seriously in love with the background you made.
By the way, I ruined the first one I made, too!
