Well, again I am scrambling, so am combining the challenges for this week. CCC #26, Rusted Grunge found on page #45 and for SSSS over at Simon Says Stamps blog, it's Use your newest stamp, or one you've had and have never used. I bought this clear set of Tim's mini's at Michael's a while back and have not tried them out, so used them here. I did a wrinkle-free distress on the background of my page and finally broke out my Eifel Tower die that I had to have and have never used before. It was great for this one. I wanted the stamping to be subtle on this, so used Tea Dye, walnut stain, and faded denim and then blended vintage photo around the edges.

Another page that I just love! The Eifel Tower is a perfect object for the rusty grunge. Fabulous!

I have a bunch of coasters that I am going to do just the technique sample on. Looking at the various projects, I can't remember what I did on some!

Great job Kathy! That Eiffel Tower is a great die, isn't it? I've used it several times, although probably not enough to justify the cost, but then again, is there ever enough justification? lol! Love your background colors...

Beautiful page Kathy - love those colors - and the Eiffel - makes me wonder what all those Parisians might think of it being a bit grungy, rusty?!?!?

I love this, Kathy! Using the rusted grunge technique on the Eiffel Tower is ingenious! It's so dramatic against that pretty, vibrant background, and the subtle stamping and little ticket are just perfect. Great job, sweet lady!
