This week's CCC was found on page 51 of Tim's new book, called Monoprinting. I hated to cover up the gorgeous background with anything. I will be making more of these for sure. I die cut gold emtallic cardstock for the birdcage and old blue jeans for the bird. Added a Black Diamond distress stickle eye and stripes on wings for the bird.

Kathy, this is fabulous! You have MASTERED the monoprint technique-- you background is stunning. I do love the embellishments you added, too (I'm a sucker for that little bird die cut)!

This is really creative! The cage looks great on your beautiful background and the denim bird is such a great idea. Would like to try that on my sizzix.
