Here it is Week #8 at the CCC over at Linda's blog. http://studiol3.blogspot.com/This has been so much fun to follow along and play and try out at the techniques in Tim's New Book. There are 35 techniques packed into this treasure complete with step-by-step photos and instructions for each one. I can't share how to do them, as you need to buy the book yourself in all fairness to Tim, but you won't regret it. This week we are turned to Page # 39 for the Inking Grunge technique. Here's my take on it. Remember I am making all my pages in this shape so that I can bind them later once we have tried them all and have my own little sample reference book. I am keeping them pretty plain so that the technique is the highlight of each page.

Hi Kathy, this is so beautiful and love your grungy shape and sentiment. Annette x
Kathy, this is wonderful! Such gorgeous colors-- the green tone-on-tone is so beautiful and soft, and the stamps you used fit the sweet sentiment perfectly. You've created so much texture the way you layered the ink colors and images! It's completely lush!
Love the colours and the stamps you have chosen.

Your grunge piece is outstanding! wonderful sentiment! Love it!
This is soooo pretty. LOVE the colors and the bird and the text. That covers it . . . I LOVE it! :)
Gorgeous colours on this, I love all the stamping you did.
I would say that, my piece was plain, yours is totally dimensional and fantastic! Love the colors you chose and of course the stamp choice is stellar! Great job!

Your book is going to be FABULOUS!!!
Great colors & I really like the background green colors are so fresh and the flowers & bird so summery. What a great idea to put them in a book!
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, Kathy!! Love the colors!
Kathy, love your technique book idea. I'm doing tags, and hoping to do the same thing! Your Inking Grunge is beautiful!
I love everything about this piece. Crackled bird is a fave of mine. Great idea making that the shape for your book. I think it will work better than the one I chose.
hello Kathy,
nice page again. Clever of you to make them all in the same size, so you can bind them in your technique book !
Are you going to write the techniques on the back or refer to the Pages in Tim's book ?
greetings from Belgium
Inge
