COC2-#4/ SSSS- Favorite Stamp
Had a blast up north at the Sayner stampede convention. Came home tired, full, and broke, of course. Bought lots of new goodies as always even though I always say I don't need anything cuz I have it all. LOL Got my challenge for Linda's weekly page from Tim's New book, Compendium of Curiosities II. This week we turned to page 43 and followed Tim's directions for this technique called faded layers. Yum, what lovely results! Over at Simon Says Stamp and Show, they challenged us to use our favorite stamp this week, so I used mine on the same tag to kill two birds with one stone. And speaking of birds, my "current" favorite stamp is this bird from Tim's Urban Tapestry set. I love all birds, but something about this little guy just speaks to me. now to get working on my ticket swaps and get my sewing done. Vacation is over after today and back to the postal grind tomorrow.... why can't I just win the lottery??????
