A Cut Above- Day #2
Day 2 had us making window cards. I used one of my new Hero Arts/ Sizzix sets that include the dies and the stamps for this opne. I followed Jennifer's card pretty close except I used this message die and stamp instead of her heart. I have had this beautiful velvet trim for eons and don't use it much because the ends always unravel when you cut it, so today I adhered it with glossy accents and did the ends as well and then trimmed and rubbed a little more on the edges that got cut. I think it's going to stay, so that was a great find! I thought my card had some pretty elegant looking papers on it already, so I kept it simple and just added a Prima flower with leaves from my stash box of them. I am pleased with it and back to my studio for today's lesson's card I go.

Love your card. Very pretty and dainty. Flowers are gorgeous and so is the ribbon you used. If it frays, I used a dot of fray check or multimedium on the ends..
