Art Journal Cover/ SSSS challenge

Over at Simon Says stamp and Show, this week's challenge is to show us a Kaleidescope color; and show color, I did!!! I also wanted to create a journal cover for the challenge over at Eclectric Paperie's blog, so I took the cover off of my art journal and gessoed it. After it dried, I added a sheet of Tim's tissue paper toit with Claudene's matte medium. I then added wild honey stain to it and dried it, then worn lipstick stain at the top and sides, misted with water, and let it run and dried it. Then added fired brick stain to the top and sides and listed again and dried it. Then sprayed with Perfect Pearls mist Sunflower and dried it again. Stamped in Archival inks in black, Dyan's leaves and vines and then a few oranges and sepia and crimson some of Tim's and Dyan's background stamps. Then in the center, I used Dyan's words and the black again. You can't see the sparkle in the pictures, but in real life, o pretty. I had a hard time taking the picture without glare so sorry for the angle. Saw the technique in a video and really liked it.
